1 Administrator The administrator of the personal data is FlowParks Sp.z o.o. with its main place of business in Kraków, 2 Organki Street (postal code: 31-990), NIP 678 315 41 41 e-mail: rodo@grupatechramps.com phone 12 393 43 07. 2 Source of data We received personal data from you through one of the recruitment channels (e-mail, job portals, website, Messenger, LinkedIn). 3. purpose and legal basis for processing and scope of data Your personal data will be processed for: 1. to participate in the recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement, presented by the recruiter when contacting you on LinkedIn, Messenger, for the benefit of the Administrator and the Contractor to whom the Administrator subcontracts the recruitment procedure (personnel consulting agency), including: (a) data specified in the Labor Code (including, but not limited to, identification and contact information, work experience, education, professional qualifications) or other laws in order to fulfill our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) RODO, b) other information, including information obtained in connection with a job interview (including, but not limited to, expected salary and your availability to start work) in order to fulfill your and our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), c) information about recruitment appointments in order to realize your and our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO, d) contact data you indicated for your identification and exchange of correspondence, in order to fulfill our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) RODO), (e) data generated by us about you (e.g., assessment of your competencies) in order to fulfill your and our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO, (f) data relating to the verification of your application statements and competencies, including data obtained as a result of competency testing (e.g., information about your knowledge and skills), collected by us, gathered from professional-business portals, e.g., LinkedIn, in order to realize our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO, g) other data you voluntarily provide in your application (e.g., your photo, interests), based on your consent, which you gave us by sending us your data in your recruitment application (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), h) data contained in references from previous employers or obtained during our interviews with employers (e.g., data on your skills), based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA, (i) sensitive data about your disability provided by you voluntarily and on your own initiative in order to fulfill our obligations and exercise your specific rights (Article 9(2)(b) RODO in connection with the Law on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities. 2. to participate in future recruitment processes for various positions, if you have given separate consent to do so (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA). 3. To assert and defend against claims related to recruitment (i.e., performance of the contract between the Administrator and the Administrator's contractor (human resources consulting agency); to establish, assert or defend business claims from the aforementioned contractual relationship) and, in the case of submission of personal data to a principal seeking a job candidate through the Administrator, to pursue our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO. 4. to carry out our obligations under data protection laws and to demonstrate compliance with those laws (Article 6(1)(c) in conjunction with (f) of the DPA, 5. in case we need to repeat this recruitment, based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO. As a general rule, we ask you not to provide us with any sensitive data during the recruitment process, as referred to in Article 9(1)RODO, such as information about your health. However, if you deem it necessary to provide such data during the recruitment process, e.g. due to your particular situation, we will ask you to consent to our processing of such sensitive data. 4 Voluntariness of providing data Providing personal data indicated in the Labor Code or other laws (if indicated above) is mandatory to participate in the recruitment process. Likewise, providing the data indicated above necessary to take action at your request necessary in our legitimate interest. Provision of other data is voluntary. 5 Recipients of data The Administrator may share your personal data with its contractors (personnel consulting agency) to whom it subcontracts the recruitment process. Our contractors are obliged to comply with the standards imposed by us for processing your personal data. If your data will be transferred to our contractor we will inform you by email. The Administrator may share your personal data with its service providers who perform administrative and operational work to support our relationship with you. Our service providers are required to comply with the standards we impose for processing your personal data. They only have access to the data they need to perform their duties (iT service providers, accounting management service providers). Personal data may also be shared with service providers that provide information technology services and solutions, including video interviews, and service providers that cooperate with the Administrator in conducting an examination and assessment of your skills and qualifications (e.g., providers of competency testing). 6 Storage period We process your personal data 1. for the purpose of recruiting for the position indicated in the job advertisement, presented by the recruiter when contacting you on LinkedIn, Messenger for a period of 6 months from the sending of your application, as well as the investigation and defense against claims related to this recruitment including in particular: (a) claims of discrimination, b) the performance of the contract between the Administrator and the Administrator's contractor; the establishment, assertion or defense of business claims from the above contractual relationship in the event that you submit your personal data to the contractor conducting the recruitment process. (2) In the event that we have to repeat this recruitment - for a period of 6 months from the submission of the application or completion of the recruitment. 3. when you have given your consent to participate in future recruitments until you withdraw your consent for a period of no longer than 3 years from the date of obtaining the consent for processing by the Administrator. 4. for the purpose of measuring your satisfaction with the recruitment - for a period of 6 months from the date the information was collected. 7 Your rights You have the following rights related to the processing of your data: 1. you can revoke your consent at any time, if we process your data on the basis of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal; (2) You may object at any time if we process your data based on our legitimate interests; 3. you have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data, rectification of your data, deletion of your data, and: (a) restriction of processing - you can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data only to storing it or performing an action agreed with you, if in your opinion we have inaccurate data or are processing it unduly; or you do not want us to delete it because you need it to establish, assert or defend your claims; or for the duration of your objection to the processing, (b) data portability - you have the right to receive your data from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You can also have us send the data directly to another entity. 4. you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uodo.gov.pl), in particular if you believe your personal data is being processed incorrectly.
